What is Corporate Yoga?
Working in an office at a computer seated for many hours can cause a great deal of aches and pains in the body. Some of the stresses that may occur are headaches, eye irritation from staring at a computer, wrists, back, shoulder and knee pain from being in a seated position for too long. Some forward thinking companies have taken a positive approach to help their employees reduce these ailments and create a more productive work environment by incorporating yoga into the day.

Soluna offers Corporate Yoga at the place of employment or a group corporate yoga class in a studio environment. Classes can be held at noon or after work hours.
