Student Teaching Days * 13 free classes at Soluna Yoga

Join us for a celebration of learning and sharing.  Thirteen yoga teachers in training will provide free classes to the community as the final assignment of their Lotus Gardens Yoga Schools 200 hour training program. Click here for the full schedule and description

The free classes will be held at Soluna Yoga 2317 Balltown Road, Niskayuna, NY 12309.

We ask that you provide feedback to the new teacher in exchange for your free class.  Take one class take 10, bring friends!  Reservations not required.  Class will be on a first come, first mat space basis.
